Lippia tea (also known as Bulukutu, lemon bush, or fever tree) is an aromatic herbal tea brewed from the leaves of the Lippia plant, native to regions of Africa. Treasured for its calming, lemony-mint flavor, it is widely used as a traditional remedy to naturally relieve stress, reduce insomnia, soothe colds, and settle digestion.
